What is Wireless Broadband?

Today, most Internet users have heard all about the benefits of broadband access—as long as it is a T-1, DSL or even Cable Modem connection. But how many Internet users have ever heard about wireless broadband or, technically known as, fixed wireless as an alternative?  Although fixed wireless access is starting to appear in more locations across the U.S. with great success, it's not getting as much of the media limelight as other broadband services.

.

Fixed Wireless is a technology that uses wireless transmitters placed in higher elevations to send signals to subscriber radios that are placed on customer rooftops, data then travels over a cabled connection to the customers’ local area network.

Internet providers with cable or copper connections add serious costs to your Internet/data service.  Because we do not use these methods of transport, we do not incur these costs and we pass the savings to you, the customer!

For instance a standard data T-1 service averages about $450 per month, our T-1 rate is $229 per month!
